What counts as an active company file?

A production company file counts when its connection is established and your application has made an API call to it within the rolling past month. A connection that falls outside that window is no longer included in your billed quantity.

What is free for development?

Connections to QuickBooks sample company files and trial installations are free for testing and development. A live production company file is billable. If you need to use a production file solely for development, contact us to request a testing exemption.

Do I pay for each API request?

No. API usage is unlimited. Production pricing is based on active company files, with no separate request fees, platform fee, or monthly minimum.

What if the same company file connects from multiple computers?

Multiple connectors for the same QuickBooks company count as one billed company. Different computers, Windows profiles, or versions of the same company file do not add another charge for the same set of books.

How does billing change as my integration grows?

Your subscription quantity follows the number of production company files used within the rolling past month. Changes are not prorated. Each active company file is $49 per month at the standard rate. Contact us for volume pricing.
